An established and reputable web company in West Los Angeles is currently seeking a Software Architect. This is a permanent full-time position and pays up to $140k. The individual will report directly to the Sr. Director of Software Development and some of the primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the overall designer for the system being developed
- Working closely with others to design, develop, and improve company's technologies
- Defining architectural standards and best practices
- Mentoring other developers in architecture and application design
Some of the requirements include:
- 7+ years of experience in programming, analysis, and design
- Experience with PHP and JAVA is a must
- Strong knowledge of architectural concepts, n-tier architectures, and data management
