Technical Asset Management Coordinator
Technical Connections is working with our direct client to fill a key role in their IT Organization. This position will be responsible for asset inventory management related to physical equipment and licensing for all users in the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining an inventory of IT assets through their life cycle, including procurement, installation/deployment, operations, and retirement;

Making sure that new hires have assets on day one by monitoring the employee pipeline and assets available, and understanding lead times for approvals, processing, and shipping for supplies;

Creating purchase orders and ensuring approvals and archiving are complete as well as tracking purchases.

Maintaining detailed records and databases containing information regarding the assets of the organization.
Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of experience working with computers and other related technology assets. You will have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
